There are times when the internet is a burden upon modern society. There are times when it can be an absolute nightmare to navigate. However, in the hands of the determined the internet can move mountains and inspire generations. As the story of the Peace Bridge communities continues to evolve, all we ask – desperately ask – is that our neighbors, friends, and supporters, continue to push our story as far as they can. Send it your friends! Send it to your family! Send it to your state or national government representatives!

Soon we will be updating our site to include a “banner phrase” (to be reused and copied as often as possible when writing about these issues – much like a motto) and a Twitter or Facebook hashtag (#XXXXXXXX) to be used when posting on social media sites. We need to present a unified front, particularly on the web, and to do so we can unite the language that we are using! Come back soon to see what those tools will be!

Today we just wanted to provide you with the two most recent Weekly Readers, the Buffalo News response from the state after our front page article, and the Buffalo Rising article about Donald Trump picking up the torch. If you know of articles that you’d like to be posted here or think are important/relevant to the conversation, let us know!

Together we can defend our communities!
